What may be loaded

When configured, this site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and whether the server accepted a condo review request. These providers may use cookies or similar browser storage and receive technical information such as device, browser, IP address, referring page, and pages visited.

What we send

We send page-view events and, after a request has been accepted, a lead event containing only the opaque submission identifier issued by our server. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property addresses, uploaded documents, or form answers to Google or Meta through these events. Meta advanced matching and Google advertising signals are disabled in the site code.

Your controls

A browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal prevents this site from loading optional Google, Meta, and Pulse tracking. You may also block cookies or scripts in your browser. Google and Meta provide additional controls in their respective account and advertising settings. Blocking measurement does not prevent you from requesting a condo review.

When you request a review, we may keep campaign and ad referral identifiers from the link you followed with your request and share them with our review team. We omit this attribution when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. These identifiers follow the same retention and deletion policy as your request.

Internal review area

Optional Google, Meta, and Pulse tracking is not loaded on the internal /admin area. Submitted information remains governed by our general privacy policy and the request disclosures shown on the form.
